Demolition and Asbestos removal

Demolition

InSite holds a Conditional Restricted Demolition Licence that allows for the demolition of chemical installations and works above 15m in height above ground level. This qualifies InSite to undertake demolition works of above-ground structures to facilitate soil remediation works, groundwater treatment, or the removal of below-ground structures such as underground petroleum storage systems.

InSite's extensive experience allows us to offer a complete package of remediation services ensuring full site clean up for sign-off by a Contaminated Sites Auditor.

Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Removal

InSite Remediation Services holds a Class A asbestos removal licence which allows us to safely remove friable and non-friable asbestos containing materials. All removal is conducted in accordance with each state's regulatory requirements.

InSite owns mobile decontamination sheds which allow for friable asbestos material removal in remote areas and at locations with small site footprints.

InSite removes a suite of hazardous materials including but not limited to;

  • Asbestos containing gaskets
  • Friable asbestos in soils
  • Bonded asbestos fragments in soils
